Q: How do I add recipient accounts?

 

hyperREMIT enables you to save recipient accounts as "nicknames", based on transaction type (Cash Pickup, Bank Deposit, Door-to-Door Delivery, SMART Money).

 

Saved recipient accounts ("nicknames") are required to use hyperREMIT's SMS text messaging service.

 

 
To ADD recipient accounts:

Log into your hyperREMIT account

Click the "Add New Recipient" link on the homepage of your account, under the "Add & Manage Recipients" section.

Choose the type of transaction you'd like to use (Bank Deposit, Cash Pickup, Door-to-Door Delivery, SMART Money) by selecting the type of currency you'd like your recipient to receive.

Enter your recipient's details for the remittance type, and give your recipient's account a nickname under the "Remember as" section.

Confirm and save your recipient's account details.

Your recipient's account details will be saved in hyperREMIT under the "nickname" you gave their account.
