Q: How do I add funds to my hyperREMIT account, from my online banking?

 

You can easily fund your hyperREMIT account by making a "Bill Payment" from your online banking. This option is available for all Canadian banks and Credit Unions (except CIBC, PC Financial and Scotiabank).

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a credit union customer and already have a "hyperWALLET" account linked to your credit union account, please contact us at 1-888-738-7724 for assistance.

 

 

To add funds using your online banking:

 

Step	Instructions
1	Log in to your financial institution's online banking.
2	Make a Bill Payment to "hyperWALLET" (NOT hyperREMIT!) as the payee.
3	Add your hyperREMIT account number (including the "CS", ie CS208415XXXX), as found under the "Profile" link within your hyperREMIT account.
4	Enter the amount you would like to fund your hyperREMIT account with, and complete the bill payment.
5	hyperREMIT will receive your deposit in 1-2 business days and automatically credit the funds to your hyperREMIT account!
