You (the sender) receipt ID will have a unique 7-digit number according to your transaction which you will receive by EMAIL and SMS (if enabled).

SENDER - Provide hyperREMIT Receipt ID Number to Recipient

When you send a cash pickup remittance through hyperREMIT, you (the sender) will be provided with a hyperREMIT receipt ID number (ie, "hyperREMIT1234567") by email and SMS (if your SMS notifications are enabled).

• Please ensure you communicate the full 7-digit receipt ID number (including the word "hyperREMIT") to your recipient, so they can claim their cash pickup at a participating agent location.

RECIPIENT - Present hyperREMIT Receipt ID Number & Valid Photo ID

To collect their cash pickup remittance, the recipient must present the agent with:

• Your transaction's full receipt ID number (ie, "hyperREMIT1234567" -- be sure to include the word "hyperREMIT")
• At least one form of valid, government-issued photo ID (listed below).

Note:

• Students who are beneficiaries of REMITTANCES / FUND TRANSFERS who are not yet of voting age may be allowed to present THE ORIGINAL AND SUBMIT A CLEAR COPY OF ONE (1) VALID photo-bearing school ID duly signed by the principal or head of the school.
  
  
• Bank and non-bank financial institutions under BSP supervision shall require their clients to submit clear copy of ONE (1) valid ID on a one-time basis only, or at the commencement of a business relationship. They shall require their clients to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
