How to Apply

 

Step 1: Download Form

 

• Download hyperREMIT Client and Bank Verification Form (PDF).

Step 2: Complete Form

 

• Complete section 1 of the form (you can type into the form and save your details).

Step 3: Bank Verification

 

• Once section 1 is complete, print and take the form to your bank or credit union.
• Have them verify the information you entered, and your ID.
• If correct, they will provide a verification stamp.

Step 4: Submit Form

 

• Send us the completed/stamped form by secure fax, email (as a scanned attachment) or mail (photocopy):
